I first discovered Pilates after I suffered an injury while I was playing football in college. I wanted to know if there was anything I could to to prevent injuries. The goal was to make my body "Injury Proof". I researched professional athletes that seemed to always stay healthy. Pilates was the reoccurring theme between all of them, no matter the sport. Through Pilates, I learned that a flexible body with a strong core is the key to durability. Every "Body" can benefit from the power of Pilates. I became a Pilates instructor to share that knowledge.

- Certification Level 1 , 2 & 3
- 500+ Hours of training
